Āio Fitness and Wellbeing is committed to creating an excellent experience and service for older adults located across Christchurch. We value your wellbeing and are focused on creating a wholesome and balanced approach to the services you receive.

This website is owned and operated by Āio Fitness and Wellbeing, offering visitors information about and access to our exercise and massage services. As well as some products that can be purchased directly or through our online store. Please read, understand and agree to our policies below before purchasing our services or products.

Terms and Conditions: FAQ

Exercise classes and Massage services require at least a 24hr cancellation period, prior to the booking time and date.

All bookings canceled within the 24 hr cancellation period are non-refundable and non-transferable therefore will incur a full session charge.

Standard cancellations made more than 24hrs prior to the booking may be transferred to another date or canceled free of charge.

To cancel please call me directly on 027 9411 304 or email Āio Fitness & Wellbeing at admin@aiofit.co.nz and we will confirm your cancellation has been made.

If less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule your massage or exercise session, your gift voucher will become void.A gift voucher is a non-refundable product to be used within the expiry period identified. However if you feel as though you no longer wish to use the services outlined in the gift voucher, this voucher may be used by or transferred to another client. Please ensure you book your required service online to receive the services or products gifted.

As we come to your location we expect to run our services at the allotted time. If you are not present at the time agreed on booking, we cannot offer a refund or change in time slot.

If for whatever reason we are running late to an appointment, we will ring you in advance to ensure you are aware of the slight delay. However this would be a rare and unlikely situation.

Āio Fitness & Wellbeing is a mobile service, which means we come to your requested location. We value your wellbeing so want to ensure you are in a comfortable and safe space when focusing on your health. This also applies to our team, we expect to conduct our fitness and massage therapy sessions in a space that is safe for us also. Upon booking you agree that the requested location of service is safe and comfortable for both yourself and Sharn (your instructor). If at any point our safety is not honored, we reserve the right to finish the session and leave the premises. Offering a partial refund if required.

We will do our best to ensure our exercise sessions are at the level you require and take into consideration your physical wellbeing goals.

With that in mind when taking part in our physical exercise sessions you understand that the fitness services provided by Āio Fitness & Wellbeing have elements that may carry a risk, and you accept all responsibility for the potential risk.

If you have a medical condition that may affect your ability to exercise, we request that you will notify us of this condition. And if required seek medical clearance before participating in a physical training session.

Shipping Policy

We offer a standard shipping rate within New Zealand of $4.50, unless buying in bulk, in this case we will advise.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a return. However if you have any questions of concerns, please feel free to get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you out.
